Operation
To ensure a personal service to our client, the way we operate is:
- An appointment is received and allocated to a Surveyor who will then analyze the survey requirements and if necessary discuss this with the client
- The surveyor then liaises with the client, agents or vessel to obtain all necessary information
- He will then update the client as and when necessary
- The Surveyor will then personally attend the vessel and conduct the survey within the parameters of the requirements and also the interests of our client
- Compile the certificates, reports and documentation as required and forward to the client using latest technology (email etc) to ensure a fast and expedient delivery of documents
"e"-Reports
We have developed "e"-Reports whereby all documents are in such a format so as to allow originals to be sent via the internet to ensure a fast and speedy service. The team and our internet service provider, Zulucom, are continually seeking and developing new ways of improving our technology based services and reporting systems.
